Trainee - International Real Estate Finance (w/m/d)

Through our tailored trainee programme in our Special Property Financing unit, you will support the team and progressively take on more responsibilities, gaining hands-on experience. What you can look forward to:
- Be a full-fledged team member from day one, actively involved in managing existing key accounts and acquiring new business opportunities.
- Take ownership of analyzing financing requests from top-tier sponsors, primarily for commercial real estate in Europe, with potential exposure to Asia-Pacific and North America.
- Conduct market research on property markets and key players.
- Prepare detailed loan proposals for the Management Board and contribute to contractual negotiations with clients and legal advisors.
- Monitor and manage our existing loan book while playing a key role in ongoing projects.
- Expand your professional horizons by participating in networking events, training courses, property inspections, and potentially gaining hands-on experience in one of our international locations.
What we look for:
- You hold a university degree (bachelor's, master's, diploma) in economics, engineering, law, property management, or a related field.
- You are fluent in English; knowledge of another language is a plus.
- Ideally, you have gained some practical experience in banking or the real estate sector.
- International work or study experience is an asset, and a genuine interest in the property sector is essential.
- You’re well-organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- You thrive in a team environment and are excited to work on complex, dynamic transactions.
