Besides Pfandbriefe Aareal Bank issues the following other products:
- Senior Unsecured (Bearer Bonds and Registered Notes)
- Subordinated Bearer Bonds and Registered Notes
- Trust Preferred Securities
Products are issued both in the form of liquid benchmark bonds and private placements.
To best serve the needs of our clients, we are able to offer products that are flexible in terms of their maturity and structure. As an international property lender, we are also able to offer our products in different currencies, such as EUR, USD, GBP, CAD, DKK, and SEK.
Our private placements include both bearer notes and registered notes.
Aareal Bank offers, inter alia, the following structures:
- Fixed rate or floating rate notes
- One or more call dates
- Zero-coupon bonds (with one or more call dates)
- Reverse floating rate notes
- Leveraged floating rate notes
- CMS/CMS spread notes (steepener/flattener)
- Range accruals
- Digital options/binary options
- Structures may be complemented by embedded options, such as caps/floors/collars.
