Aareal Bank Group has steadily expanded its money market and capital market funding. Thanks to a client-focused, flexible debt issue strategy and a diversified product range, the Bank's investor basis has grown both at the national and international level.
The Bank's funding primarily relies on mortgage bonds (Pfandbriefe). The Bank procures additional capital market funding through uncovered and junior notes.
Other sources of funding include bank deposits and euro commercial paper.
