We seek exchange. Actively. Externally and internally. We use various dialogue formats, rely on an open, trusting exchange, network in the best possible way and involve our stakeholders at an early stage and in many cases directly.

Through dialogue, we can take a stand, explain and highlight developments. It offers interesting insights and findings, holds up a mirror to us and, above all, provides a wide range of ideas for advancing our ESG activities.

We also seek a dedicated professional exchange with experts on topics relating to corporate responsibility, such as improving the reputation of the financial services sector, environmental protection issues in the property industry, respect for human rights, social commitment, etc., as part of our memberships in sustainability-related associations and organisations.

The different perspectives are also incorporated into the results of our materiality analysis.
