Pursuant to article 19 MAR (EU Market Abuse Regulation) the members of the Management and Supervisory Board of Aareal Bank AG as well as persons in close relation to them (i.e. their spouses, registered partners and relatives of the first degree) are obliged to notify Aareal Bank AG, Paulinenstr. 15, 65189 Wiesbaden, Germany, immediately within 3 business days of any trades in securities of the Bank above EUR 20,000.-- per calendar year.
