Darauf kannst du dich freuen:
- Du unterstützt uns ebenso fachkundig wie engagiert bei der Verwaltung von spannenden Kreditportfolien.
- In diesem Zusammenhang übernimmst du die Überwachung kreditvertraglicher Verpflichtungen sowie die dazugehörige Berichterstattung.
- In deiner Rolle hilfst du uns außerdem dabei, die Einhaltung der Fazilitätsvereinbarung durch den Kreditnehmer zu überwachen.
- Nicht zuletzt übernimmst du die Kommunikation und Korrespondenz zwischen allen involvierten Parteien: Kreditnehmer, Kreditgeber und Dritte
Darauf können wir uns freuen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Bank bzw. Wirtschaft und / oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene bankfachliche oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Erste relevante Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienfinanzierung, im Kreditumfeld einer Bank oder im Immobiliensektor
- Versiert im Umgang mit MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch sowie in mind. einer weiteren Sprache der betreuten Märkte (Großbritannien, Frankreich, Spanien, Polen), vorzugsweise Französisch oder Spanisch
- Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil – in jedem Fall ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsgeschick, mündlich wie schriftlich, und Organisationstalent
