Darauf kannst du dich freuen:
- In deiner Rolle berätst du unsere Fachbereiche der Real Estate Structured Finance in bankfachlichen Themenstellungen mit IT-bezogener Umsetzung umfassend
- Konkret leitest du bereichsübergreifende Projekte und führst komplexe Umsetzungsszenarien zum Ziel – so trägst du wesentlich zu unseren Transformationsthemen bei
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team aus Projektleitern und Business Analysten optimierst du unsere Businessprozesse, Fachkonzepte und fachlichen Datenmodelle
- Im Sinne eines umfassenden Stakeholdermanagements koordinierst du alle Ansprechpartner (u. a. Projektleitung, Entwicklung, Betrieb) und vermittelst zwischen Fachbereichsinteressen bzw. IT-Strategie
Darauf können wir uns freuen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften (z. B. BWL, VWL), Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik – gerne ergänzt um ein Zweitstudium oder eine Promotion
- Mehrjährige Berufspraxis in der Leitung interdisziplinärer Projekte mit IT-Umsetzungsbezug – ideal: in der Unternehmensberatung – einschließlich disziplinarischer bzw. fachlicher Führung
- Überaus bewandert im Stakeholdermanagement mit dem Management der Fachbereiche und der IT
- Profundes Know-how in Kreditprozessen bei der Immobilienfinanzierung sowie in Prozessen, Methoden und Werkzeugen des Projektmanagements
- Sehr versiert in der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie in der Strukturierung und Beschreibung fachlicher Anforderungen
- Weiteres Plus: erfahren im agilen Projektmanagement, routiniert in SAP CML und SAP CMS sowie gutes Verständnis für ITSM-Prozesse und IT-Architektur
