Akquirieren, Analysieren, Beraten – als Firmenkundenberater (w/m/d) bist du verantwortlich für die kompetente Betreuung unserer Firmenkunden aus der Wohnungswirtschaft

Hierfür bist du regelmäßig bei Neu- und Bestandskunden vor Ort und überzeugst sie im persönlichen Gespräch von unseren Produkten – professionell, fachkundig und sympathisch

Mit Empathie und Kommunikationsgeschick führst du Vertragsverhandlungen zu einem erfolgreichen Abschluss – dabei hast du stets die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Kunden im Blick

Deine Ansprechpartner sind Entscheider von Wohnungs- und Immobilienunternehmen, darunter Geschäftsführer, Vorstände und Leiter im Rechnungswesen etc.

Außerhalb deiner Außendiensteinsätze arbeitest du ganz bequem von zuhause aus – ein Wohnort in Baden-Württemberg oder Umgebung wäre daher ideal
Darauf können wir uns freuen:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Banken- oder Immobilienumfeld oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation – ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium ist wünschenswert

Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Banking und Wohnungswirtschaft

Fundiertes Fachwissen im Zahlungsverkehr sowie sehr gute Branchen- und Marktkenntnisse der Wohnungswirtschaft

Routine im Umgang mit branchenüblicher Standardsoftware

Gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Führerschein der Klasse B
