Transparency rules

Our publications according to §28 Pfandbrief Act are structured as follows:

Mortgage:

• Total amount of cover / outstanding Pfandbriefe at par value and present value
• Term structure of outstanding mortgage Pfandbriefe and fixed interest periods of the corresponding cover assets
• Distribution of nominal amounts of cover in their amount in stages

Municipal business

• Total amount of cover / public Pfandbriefe outstanding at par value and present value
• Term structure of outstanding public sector Pfandbriefe and fixed interest periods of the corresponding cover pools
• Distribution of the nominal amounts used as cover for public-sector Pfandbriefe to the individual states in which the debtor or guaranteeing body has its seat - broken down according to § 28 III No. 1

Cover for Mortgage Pfandbriefe:

• Distribution of amounts denominated as cover for mortgage Pfandbriefe according to the states in which the real estate is located - broken down according to § 28 II No. 1
