Darauf kannst du dich freuen:
- Als Teil eines motivierten HR-Teams unterstützt du dieses bei unterschiedlichen personaladministrativen Anfragen
- Daneben wissen wir auch die Erstellung sämtlicher Dokumente im Umfeld des Personalwesens bei dir in besten Händen – dazu gehören unter anderem Arbeitsverträge, Zusatzvereinbarungen und Arbeitszeugnisse
- Unterstützung bei der Betreuung unserer Fachbereiche rund um die Rekrutierung von Werkstudenten, Praktikanten und Aushilfen
- Du wirkst bei der Weiterentwicklung der Digitalisierung unserer Personalprozesse mit, das beinhaltet auch die Aktualisierung unserer digitalen Personalakten
Darauf können wir uns freuen:
- Studium mit kaufmännischem Fokus wie z.B. Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im kaufmännischen Umfeld sind wünschenswert z.B. im Rahmen von Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeit oder Ausbildung
- Mindestens erste praktische Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket
- Du hast Freude daran und bist offen dafür, dich in neue Themen und Tools einzuarbeiten und verfügst über eine hohe Affinität für digitale Prozesse
- Du bist Teamplayer aus Leidenschaft
